Product Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your OutstandingPet product, please send us an email through the contact form requesting a refund. In this email include your full name, email address, date of purchase, phone number, and where you purchased the product. We will determine your eligibility for a return and setup the RMA after you contact us. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs; your return shipping costs are not refundable.
Please use a return shipping service with a tracking number (such as UPS, Fedex, or USPS). OutstandingPet will not be responsible for lost or misdelivered return shipments.
The product must be returned to our warehouse within 30 calendar days from your receipt of the product. The date of receipt of the product will be determined by OutstandingPet based on the reported carrier delivery date from the tracking information from your order.
The product must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. OutstandingPet cannot process returns that are incomplete; incomplete returns will be returned to you.
For any manufacturer’s defect with your product, you may initiate a warranty claim at any time under the Outstanding Pet (1) Year Limited Warranty.
